Bitcones is the brain baby of Balasios Lahaniatis, co-owner of the Great American Creamery located in Reading, Pennsylvania.
GAC is developing the Bitcones blockchain that rewards customers with Bitcone Token for every qualifying purchase of ice cream pints online and in person at our location in Reading, PA. Token holders can spend their Bitcone on ice cream and merchandise at Bitcones.net, the Great American Creamery and other ice cream shops that reward and accept Bitcones. They may also trade them on crypto exchanges for fiat or other crypto assets.

Owner Balasios Lahaniatis is a second generation ice cream man and first generation software developer. Born and raised in Reading, PA, he helped his father Manny for many summers as he served the families of Northeast Reading from the window of "Manny's Ice Cream" truck. Continuing the legacy, Balasios is an alumni of the prestigious Penn State School of Agriculture Ice Cream Short Course, class of 2020. Trained on the award winning Berkey recipe, he will develop the signature Bitcones agregiously kickass flavors. Blending his love of ice cream and technology, Balasios aims to use Bitcones to expand the Great American Creamery's reach into the digital frontiers of blockchain and the metaverse as well as nationwide shipping in the real world!
